Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation options depend on the type of product and whether production has already started.

Standard Products

Orders for regular, non-personalized merchandise may generally be cancelled before the order has been processed or prepared for pickup.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Many PhotoMania products are made specifically according to your selections and specifications.

For custom or personalized orders, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

This includes products such as:

photo prints;

enlargements;

canvas and wall art;

framed prints;

photo books and albums;

personalized gifts;

apparel;

mugs and drinkware;

cards and invitations;

other customized products.

Once production has begun, a cancellation due to a change of mind, incorrect selection or customer-provided information may not be eligible for a refund.

Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing their:

product selection;

size;

quantity;

uploaded images;

cropping;

text;

spelling;

personalization;

other order specifications.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

How to Request a Cancellation

Contact PhotoMania as soon as possible and provide:

your order number;

your name;

your contact information;

the reason for the cancellation.

A cancellation request is not considered confirmed until PhotoMania has confirmed it to you.

Completed Orders

Orders that have already been produced or completed are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any cancellation, refund or other rights available to consumers under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
